Our goal is to understand your child’s specific academic needs, learning style, and personality so we can match them with a tutor who will bring out their full potential.

There is no commitment required if you choose to schedule a consultation. We want families to feel completely comfortable and confident before moving forward with tutoring services. During the consultation, we’ll take time to listen to your goals, answer your questions, and discuss how our tutoring process works. This ensures that you feel fully informed and supported from the very beginning.

Our team believes in building strong relationships with the students and families we serve, and that starts with a thoughtful introduction. We understand how important it is to find the right tutor, and this free consultation helps us make the best possible match to support your child’s academic growth and success.

Steps of getting started with tutoring!

Step 1: Fill out the form, and our team will call you within 24 hours to do a 15-minute consultation.

Step 2: If you are ready to move forward, we will pair you with a tutor, and they will reach out to you likely between 1-3 days.

Step 3: You set up a schedule with your tutor, and they will add it to our platform called Tutorbird.

Step 4: We will send you an invoice through your email and you will need to submit payment before sessions begin.

After the consultation, we take time to consider which tutor would be the best fit based on their experience, subject specialty, age preference, and personality matches. We listen carefully to each family’s needs and consider their gender preference, availability, and teaching style. We do our best to match you with the best fit, but if you would like to look through our tutor bios, we can also share the top 3 tutors that we believe would be a good fit for your child. We know each of our tutors personally and work hard to match up the best fit.

We understand that every child is unique, and sometimes it takes a little time to find the perfect fit. If you discover that the session you initially chose isn’t quite meeting your expectations, don’t worry—we’re happy to work with you to switch to a different session type that better supports your child’s growth and success.

Homeschooling Plans

We are always hearing of homeschool parents who don’t know where to start with choosing a homeschooling route and curriculum so we have decided to offer a consultation that will help you identify your goals for homeschooling, pick a curriculum, and dive into the questions you have about homeschooling. It can be hard to know exactly where your child is at when you pull them from a public or private school so we also have the option to provide you with a comprehensive assessment to identify any gaps in their understanding and to know what grade level to purchase for each subject.

Scholarships

Are you hoping to find a way to get your child personalized support but you don’t have the funds? Check to see if your state offers any scholarships! Quite a few states offer ESA funds, which you can use to pay for a private tutor instead of attending public schools. Click on your state to see if they offer these funds. We are currently a vendor in these states but if you would like us to register as a vendor in other states, please let us know!

Demo Lessons

Our tailored homework help lessons are designed to support students in effectively completing their assignments while reinforcing concepts that may not have been mastered in class. Our dedicated tutors work closely with each student to identify areas of difficulty, providing personalized reteaching and clarification of challenging topics. Parents can conveniently send photos of their child’s work to their tutor, who will guide them through the necessary steps to ensure all assignments are submitted on time. By fostering a supportive learning environment, we help students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals.
